ABC Jesus Loves Me Curriculum Review

ABC Jesus Loves Me preschool Bible curriculum is offered free of charge online or for purchase in book form. It was designed to help parents prepare their children for kindergarten, while building a strong biblical foundation. The programs for 3 and 4-year-olds are based on a 36 week schedule that begins at the end of August in order to correlate Bible themes to various holidays. However, parents can begin the program at any time.

The 3 Year Old Curriculum follows a chronological study of Bible stories, beginning in Genesis. Children will learn memory verses, songs, finger plays and nursery rhymes. They will also learn upper and lowercase letters, numbers, basic math skills, shapes, sorting, spatial concepts and patterns, while working on gross and fine motor skills through a variety of fun activities.

The 4 Year Old Curriculum is designed for children entering kindergarten the following year, and focuses on the Fruit of the Spirit and building strong character using Bible stories, memory verses and song. Children will learn to write their letters, numbers, name, phone number, address, and tie their shoes, as well as basic math, colors, shapes, sorting, sequencing, opposites, and patterns. Gross and fine motor skills, and visual perception activities are also included.
