This curriculum is great in that every other chapter includes the grammar fundamentals and the others focus on writing aspects. It is a nice break in between chapters to use the grammar skills you are learning in your writing. It is very thorough and it is not difficult to teach or to learn from. The teacher's manual includes many extra options to teach and explains everything in detail.
