Evan-Moor has produced high-quality educational enrichment materials for public and private schools since 1979, many of which are suitable for homeschool use as well.
The many titles available for language arts, math, reading, science, social studies, writing, and arts & crafts are meant to build skills and encourage a love of learning, while meeting state standards. The materials are targeted towards students in pre-K to 8th grade, and are colorful and appealing to children.
The company offers more than 450 titles. Some favorites among homeschool families are How to Teach Art to Children, the Giant Science Resource Book (which is a great resource for lapbooks and notebooks) and the History Pockets series.
