Likes: This is a very teachable program. We were pleased with the trace-write-trace-write format for practicing letters. The gray rectangles help the student to learn how to form the letter correctly. Easy to use and easy on the purse. Has hands-on feature for young ones to learn to shape the letters with wooden pieces. We did not use them, though. Helpful for my son who had a problem with reversals and for my left-hander who could see the example no matter where his hand was on the page.

Dislikes: Lack of top-dotted-bottom lines. Some letters are a bit odd looking, but this is easily remedied if you wish.
