Lapbooking/Notebooking Resources

Well, I have to be honest. It has been a very difficult time financially when I began homeschooling. I have homeschooled for the last two years. God had me leave my great paying job and my husband has been without a job twice (and is currently unemployed right now).

Despite this, God has provided me many ways to obtain resources for free or for low costs. I can't count the number of ways. I have never had the money to buy curriculum. I, however, found sites like Hands of a Child, Homeschool Share and Notebooking Pages. Two great resources for history is American Heritage Organization and the National Center for Constitutional Studies. God is Faithful!

Not sure if this counts as a review, but I just had to share!!! I am sure there are many others out there like me who have not been able to purchase curriculum. I just hope they know that there are so many wonderful sites and resources out there. The Lord will provide!

Both my daughter and I love lapbooking and notebooking. It is great for those who are creative and hate doing worksheets. It is fun and requires research. We have done this for 3rd and 4th grade and we will continue on as my daughter goes into 5th grade.

Thanks!
