Dates Used: 2011-present
Likes: The student learns conversational, academic, or college prep vocabulary through critical thinking, not memorization. The words are presented in the context of sentences, so students have to make inferences to figure out the correct answers. There are different levels so the student can learn at his own level and his own pace. There are optional writing exercises so students can learn how to use the words in sentences and paragraphs. My kids like working in them and feel they are really learning the words.
Dislikes: You can't buy them at the store. You have to order from www.vocabularyformeaning.com
