Writing With Ease

Likes: Simple, short writing. 2 days copy work, 2 days narration sentence. Nothing to make him "hate" writing. Toward Jan-Mar of the school year his writing really took off... on his own. Forever WANTING to write books and letters and so on. And I think a lot of that is because he wasn't being forced to do creative writing or a lot of writing as part of "school" and that left room for it to be more fun for him.

Dislikes: Bit dry I suppose. None of the "wonderful" classical literature really interested him. If I had a do-over, I would probably get the Writing with Ease guide for grades 1-4 that lays out the what/ how to... but lets you choose your own sentences/ narration subject matter.
